Ariel University Faculty of Medicine inaugurated

Israeli leaders boasted of the advancement of higher education on Sunday, at the inaugural ceremony for Ariel University’s medical school, which will join the existing 5: University of Tel Aviv, Technion, Hebrew University, Ben Gurion and Bar Ilan University. Sheldon Adelson, donated the funds; "I could not accept the fact that Jewish students go to learn medicine abroad because there are not enough places in Israel…". Dr. Miriam Adelson; "True Zionism is to know what belongs to us by virtue and to use it for the benefit of the entire world”.

non-invasive brain disorder treatments Brainsway received clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (Deep TMS) system for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); “Transcranial magnetic stimulation has shown its potential to help patients suffering from depression and headaches. BrainsWay can now directly target previously unreachable areas of the brain allowing it to effectively treat OCD as well.”

PepsiCo invests $3.2 Billion in Israel

PepsiCo pays $3.2 billion for Israeli company SodaStream in cash. PepsiCo has committed to keeping SodaStream's manufacturing facilities in Israel for at least 15-year period, and will build an additional $ 30 million plant in the Negev. Dr. Irvin Birenbaum, a holocaust survivor and his son Daniel (CEO) reacted to the BDS actions by adding the Israeli flag on all SodaStream products sold in 80 000 stores in 46 countries.

Chinese Minister of science and technology in Israel

The Chinese Minister of Science and Technology, Wang Zigang: "due to Chinese President Xi Jinping’s focus on technological advancement, we are looking for collaboration with Israeli technology and companies. The projects you are promoting in Israel should also be implemented in China" he said, adding that Israeli innovation could also become a bridge between China and the United States".

Japanese auto parts manufacturer Musashi Seimitsu invested and signed a strategic collaboration agreement with SoftWheel to develop and manufacture automotive technology. SoftWheel already has several big-name collaborations, including with Ford and Italian industrial manufacturer IVECO S.p.A.

Rafael and Australian company Varley signed the establishment of joint production lines in Australia for Rafael's Spike missiles with PinPoint accuracy at long ranges. Other Rafael products will also be produced in Australia for use by the Australian army.
